Rex and Mimi make love! 

This week on Days, Rex and Mimi get back to the DiMera mansion and start to admit their feelings for each other. After a very passionate kiss, Rex asks Mimi if shes sure of what she wants? Mimi assures Rex that she is and just as they are about to make love, Tony knocks on the door. Can we say, BUSTED?

While Mimi hides under the covers, Rex opens the door to see what Tony wants. Tony wants to talk to his son about his project and what it can do. Rex shows Tony a few of the diamonds he made with the laser and Tony is just ecstatic. He is very proud of his son. After Tony leaves, Rex and Mimi try to pick up where they left off. The butler interrupts them again. When Rex opens the door, he comes into the room and tells Rex that his bed needs to be made. Rex tells him that hes tired and rushes him out of the room. He and Mimi decide that the mansion is not the place.

They go to Lookout Point and are lying on the ground, staring at the stars. Feeling that the moment is right, they make passionate love. They both admit they love each other.

Rex and Mimi go to the hospital and visit Sami. Roman is there and at first objects to Rex seeing Sami. He finally gives in and Rex is allowed to visit with his sister. Mimi overhears Roman admit to Kate that he can never trust Rex. Mimi later tells Rex what was said and he blows it off. You can tell that hes hurt but also says that he will never trust Roman.

Rex later gets a call from a frantic Cassie who has been arrested for prostitution. After he arrives at the police station, he demands that Roman release her. Roman refuses and says it is out of his hands. He yells at Roman and tells him that nothing better not happen to his sister and that Roman would be held responsible if it did. Rex leaves the police station angry.

Next week, Rex gets to work with his father.
